Transformasi Digital dalam Layanan Kesehatan: Kajian Multidisipliner tentang Efektivitas Telemedicine di Era Pasca-Pandemi

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas telemedicine sebagai strategi transformasi digital dalam layanan kesehatan di era pasca-pandemi. Studi ini menyoroti bagaimana telemedicine dapat menjembatani aksesibilitas, efektivitas biaya, dan kualitas layanan kesehatan bagi berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung data sekunder berupa laporan kesehatan, regulasi pemerintah, dan literatur akademik, penelitian ini menemukan sejumlah manfaat, seperti peningkatan akses pasien, pengurangan kesenjangan layanan kesehatan, serta efisiensi praktik klinis. Meski demikian, tantangan tetap ada, termasuk kesenjangan teknologi, regulasi hukum, dan kepercayaan pasien. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi wacana inovasi kesehatan digital melalui perspektif multidisipliner yang menggabungkan ilmu kesehatan, kebijakan publik, dan teknologi informasi.
