About the Journal
Syamil: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisipliner (Syamil: Journal of Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal managed by Yayasan Aziziyah Kotabumi Lampung and committed to advancing academic discussion by publishing original, high-quality research articles and literature reviews in Islamic studies through an interdisciplinary perspective. Published twice a year, Syamil provides a platform for innovative scholarship that bridges Islamic studies with relevant disciplines to enrich understanding of Islam and Muslim societies in diverse contexts.
Focus and Scope
Syamil welcomes manuscripts that explore Islamic studies using interdisciplinary approaches. The journal’s scope includes, but is not limited to, research and in-depth studies in:
